The Faithfhul Shall Know of the Judgment of the Wicked – (Proverbs 21:18)

The wicked treat the righteous without compassion, without mercy and with contempt and hatred. The wicked seek only the destruction of others and gain for themselves, regardless of the cost or damage to those around them. Like taking captives for a ransom the wicked prey upon the weak and the unsuspecting. The wicked hate God, they are in rebellion against the Lord and therefore they hate the things of God and especially the people of God. And because of this they feel they have the upper hand when they take advantage of the weak and innocent. The wicked will do what they can in order to lie, cheat others, claim victim status, fight against what is right, commit evil, create chaos and persuade others to do the same. Why? Because their hearts are at enmity with God. Dear child of God, we must understand, a heart at enmity with God ultimately seeks a single outcome and that outcome is destruction.

A person at enmity with God, will never build anything up or do what is right and good for society as a whole. The wicked, during their time in this world, do not realize that God's wrath is mounting against them. Moreover, because of their actions and the intents of their hearts, they are storing up wrath for the day of God's judgment. They do not understand that they have made themselves their own ransom. Their very lives will be required to pay for their sins and the price will be eternity spent in Hell, separated from everything and everybody. This is because the Lord shall judge them for what's in their hearts. They will never have peace, nor can they achieve any gain during this life that will overshadow the punishment which awaits them and the emptiness which exist in their souls. The Lord shall use the wicked as a ransom for the just; sending the wicked into everlasting judgment, because of the evil of their hearts and their rejection of Christ Jesus our Lord.
