The Wicked Will Not Inhabit the Earth – (Proverbs 10:29-30)
Daily Proverbs
Daily Bible Study
In our day and age, it's become popular for wicked people to ask, "Where is God?" As a matter of fact God's word tells us that this will happen in the last days. In addition, those who rebel against God. Those who take pleasure in wicked acts have to remember God is not looking the other way. And no one should mistake God giving people time to repent and turn away from their rebellion and back toward Him. As God doesn't see their actions. God not only sees every action and deed, God knows the true motivations of our hearts which drive every action and deed we carry out. God is looking for those who love Him, those who have their hearts turned toward Him and follow Him through Christ Jesus our Lord.
When Jesus returns, it will be too late for anyone to accept Him as their Lord and Savior. It will be too late for those who are lost to repent and turn toward Christ. As God's word tells us no wicked person, who has rejected Jesus will enter the Millennial Kingdom of Christ our Lord. And when the thousand years are up no one will enter the new heaven or the new earth who does not have a relationship with Jesus. Dear believer, this should give us great cause for concern in regards to the lost people of this fallen world. This should cause our hearts to all the more seek the lost and tell them the good news of Jesus. This proverb as well as the rest of the Bible assures us that as far as our eternity, in the presence of Jesus is concerned, "the righteous will never be removed, and the wicked will not inhabit the earth."
