Wisdom is never easy. Wisdom takes faith, it takes effort because it's not easily attainable, but fortunately, nor is it quickly lost. And more importantly true wisdom comes from the Lord and the study of His word, the Bible. Therefore, those who seek the Lord, those who study His word and meditate on it day and night increase in learning and understanding as they gain wisdom. Moreover, as we dive deeper into the study, understanding and memorization of God's word the Holy Spirit illuminates our understanding of scripture and helps us to grow in wisdom and knowledge. The Holy Spirit guides us and teaches wisdom from the Lord as we study and meditate on His word. In addition, God's wisdom is not like man's wisdom which separates us from God and leads to death.

God's wisdom is for living a more abundant life now, while the wisdom of this fallen world leads to destruction and lessens the quality of our life. Why? Because the wisdom of this world focuses on self, and at its core is at enmity against God. Whereas God's wisdom helps us to live life and to live it more abundantly. God's wisdom, because of our faith in Jesus brings joy and peace into our lives. God's wisdom teaches us what's really important in life and how we can help those around us. But most importantly, God's word teaches us the joy we have in Christ. A joy the world can never hope to know, nor understand without Jesus. Because it's only by our faith in Jesus that we obtain the indwelling of the Holy Spirit, who in turn brings with Him the illumination of God's word, to increase our understanding and thereby, help us to grow in God's wisdom.
