There is Knowledge and Wisdom That Leads to Life – (Proverbs 18:15)

Daily Bible Study
There is a way that seems right to a man, which is to follow his own desires. Desires, which stem from our sin-nature and the influence of a fallen world at enmity with God. And it's this way, which is common to all humanity which leads to death and eternal separation from God. However, by the mercy of God, through His grace, there is available to us wisdom from the Lord. God offers freely to us wisdom which leads to life and not just life, but a more abundant and purpose filled life, that brings joy to those who follow it. And it's this wisdom which the prudent heart seeks after. There is wisdom and understanding found in God's word, the Bible. There is wisdom and knowledge gained through following the guidance of the Holy Spirit. This wisdom is freely given to those who have an ear and a heart for God. All people great and small are called to seek this knowledge by listening to the guidance of the Holy Spirit and through the study of God's word, both of which lead us to Jesus. Jesus, the incarnate God of Heaven, has come to give us life and not only life, but a more abundant life.
God's desire is that all people be saved and come to the knowledge of Jesus Christ our Lord. That is why God gave us His word, the Bible. The Bible is His revelation to us, regarding His plan of redemption and His interactions with humanity. God has given us this revelation of Himself in order that we may know Him more. In order that we may better understand His character and seek Him through faith. Faith, which is garnered through the study of His word. Knowledge which ultimately leads to an understanding of who Jesus is and what He has done for us. The knowledge of Jesus, who He is and what He has done for us, is the true wisdom of God. All of scripture can only be correctly understood in light of the knowledge of Christ. And once we have this knowledge, we are prepared to learn practical wisdom for everyday life from God's word. Moreover, we cannot forget God is sovereign and He is more than capable to keep His word intact throughout all ages. God has and will continue to preserve His word for all to read and study. God can preserve His word in order that all generations can come to the saving knowledge of Jesus Christ through faith in Him alone.
